My mission as a Holistic Health Coach is to empower my clients, leading them to develop a healthy relationship with food, movement and body image.  I generally work with clients for a period of one year, scheduling sessions twice a month.

Our work together is ongoing between sessions as clients work on “homework” and “challenges,” keeping the work toward change alive and active.  I remain available to every client through email at all times throughout the program, as well as for after-care sustainability.

I work as a mentor guiding individuals to make healthy lifestyle choices and achieve personal wellness goals.

Whether the desired outcome is weight loss, improved body image, boosted energy levels, less stress or controlling cravings, I focus on the individual needs of each client and work within the realities of their day-to-day challenges.

By guiding clients to make manageable behavioral changes over time, I enable them to take responsibility for their own health and feel their best.

I work with clients internationally in one-on-one coaching sessions as well as with couples, families and small groups.

Sessions take place in my Montmartre office or by telephone and video chat.
